• Contact and communication tools (phone, WhatsApp)
• Free business listing for vendors
• User accounts via Google authentication

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Vendor Listings

Vendors may list their businesses for free. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You are authorised to represent the business being listed
• You will keep your listing information up to date

Lokalii reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

5. Reviews & Content

Users may submit reviews for vendors. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and not contain abusive, defamatory, or misleading content. Lokalii may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false or misleading business information
• Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Using the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Attempting to scrape, hack, or disrupt the service

7. Limitation of Liability

Lokalii acts as a platform connecting users with vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed vendors. Users engage with vendors at their own discretion and risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
